About us

Happy Me Dance is a Dance and Wellness company founded by Michelle Clark and offering classes to inspire, empower and build confidence. We have children's and adults programmes in a number of locations across Kent and Sussex including Tunbridge Wells, Crowborough, Uckfield and Brighton. We teach in local Kent and Sussex based schools.

Michelle was Assistant Director of Dance at The BRIT School and Director of Dance at Brighton College, leading Co-Independent Boarding School in England. She has taught and adjudicated at other independent schools including JAGS Dulwich, Thomas' Battersea and The Old Palace of John Whitgift School.  She is a Movement in Practice facilitator having trained with Dr Peter Lovatt who has recently launched a well-being app Move Assure with Dame Darcey Bussell.
